Have you noticed that Outlook’s native Spam protection is severely lacking? Well, there is a great little freeware application called SpamAware which will increase your Spam fighting abilities.
The software installs quickly and easily and works as advertised. It adds a number of new options and works with both Outlook and Outlook Express. The software is also written by a very nice guy, Joachim Marder, whom I remember helping beta test another program for many years ago called Treesize.
If you’re running Outlook, you should be running SpamAware with it. Oh yeah… and if you want to know where all that space went on your hard drive go ahead and get Treesize while you are at it.

Nice one, thanks very much!
I was looking for a free spam killer on google and stumbled right upon this page. Much appreciated!
Thanks Paul. Glad to be of help. :-)
I’m actually kind of surprised you found this page through Google because I would think it would be littered with results for this sort of thing. Of course, most of those results are no good… but that’s another story. ;-)
John
I was surprised too. Because lately when I’ve looked for free anything, I only got crap from Google and this time it worked out. :D
Actually this site was on the first page among the first few results. So I guess that’s a nice exception to the rule!
