This is quite possibly the most inspirational and touching thing I’ve ever seen in my life. It’s the story of Dick and Rick Hoyt, and words don’t do it justice so just watch the video.
And guys… don’t watch this around anyone you don’t want to see you weep. Trust me. And by the way, stop making excuses for not doing anything with your life!
Thanks for letting me know about the issue! I’ve updated the post a bit and replaced the video, so don’t miss it because I think it’s better than the first one. (And no religious overtones to offend anyone.)
I also like the Free Hugs Campaign video very much (as do the other 17 million people who’ve seen it apparently). And I don’t mean to take anything away from it, but I personally feel more inspired by Team Hoyt because these are people who were given every possible excuse to fail, but simply refused to do so.
FYI…the first link to the “A Tribute to Team Hoyt” video is dead.
The second video is definitely very touching…I’ve seen some footage before on this. Shows how much love for his son he has…wish everyone was that lucky – the world would be a better place.
Faith, The 2-Legged Dog
Ok, this is something I never thought I would see. As far as inspiration is concerned, it’s right up there with the Father and Son Team Hoyt, only this time it’s man’s best friend that proves anything is truly possible.
Daryn Kagan brings you the inspiring story of Faith, a 2-legged dog who walks upright...

Anyway, this is a very inspirational little video that is appropriate for a wide...
World’s Fastest Para-Olympian Swimmer Has No Arms!
As I’ve often noted, disabilities have no bearing on how much a person can achieve in life. Take for example Igor Plotnikov’s world record breaking 32.52 in the 50m butterfly at the Para-Olympics.
Now, if someone were to ask how you thought a swimmer without arms would do in a contest against athletes...

Pretty moving, but the Jesus background music was unnecessary. I found the Free Hugs movie even more touching.
PS: The link for part two is now broken.
