		<description>No doubt that this is both equally hillarious and fiendishly stupid!

Any good hiring manager would hold this against this guy for at least a few years.  Maybe 2-3 years from now if I came across it I might consider giving him an opportunity to address it.  

Even then he would need to practically grovel in his younger self&#039;s stupidity to actually get a job.  

Finally, if he managed to convince me that he was a changed person he would be on &quot;probation&quot; far longer than average.</description>
