Don't know where they were getting their meat but it was FANTASTIC!! Sort of dry but absolutely falling apart, like really moist salt beef almost. And the sauce was so spicy - not hot like chilli spicy, but rather flavoursome - lots of cinnamon in there. Good lord, it was delicious! Am going to buy some good clay casserole dishes in honour of this beautiful recipe and attempt it myself. Just got back from Greece and this dish was the best thing I had out there.
