		<description>They must have the same people in place in the decision making jobs for they did it again.  Sometime during 2008 they started offering a $5 per month Callvantage discount if you had any other AT&amp;T service without informing their existing clients.  This did not require a simple click to fix the price as it did not appear on their website anywhere.  When contacted about this after learning of it from another user they would only change the price prospectively.  They must feel this is plausible since they are not offering the service to new subscribers any more.  I know that having been affected by this type of decision twice by them, I will try to find other providers for telecom services in the future.</description>
