Dr. David J. Hanson, Professor Emeritus of Sociology at the State University of New York at Potsdam has put together a vast amount of information related to the accuracy of current drunk driving testing methods based on his 30+ years of research.
I was surprised to learn that even non-drinkers could easily fail a sobriety test – including a breath alcohol test.
Dr. Hanson has provided a pretty extensive list of DWI / DUI Facts and Myths, and if you own a car I’d recommend you read it.
While you’re there check out the Fun Facts section. I’ve never seen so much alcohol related trivia in one place.
