Especially the one we have that malfunctions! One was hidden in the air vent of a software engineers office. It's been driving him mad for weeks (sometimes it's on, sometimes we turn it off for a while). When it's overhead, your ear simply can't localize on it. Today it started to do the 12kHz whistle continuously! The poor guy had the maintenance dept disassembling his ceiling!!! We let them in on it. They just put it all back together and told him they had no clue what it was. It's driving him nuts!!!! WuHaaaHaaa... The annoyatron is beautiful. Especially the one we have that malfunctions! I recently purchased a "few" of these and have deployed them around the office. I must say, this is some of the best money I have ever spent. My boss is still trying to figure out where the phantom sound is coming from. Oh yeah, so is our crack IT staff. After a few new cables, and new printer, and a new fluorescent light, they still can't locate it. I wonder how our maintenance man will feel about the one I put in the elevator control room.... I'll keep you posted... Bottom line, go out and buy a few of these little jewels and put them to work. j- Hello,
