		<description>20/20 just covered the &quot;ab machine vs diet&quot; discussion of how abs are truly obtained.  As Ballantyne points out, it&#039;s about burning fat to show the abs that are already there.  It was on Friday&#039;s 20/20 segment of &quot;Myths, Lies, and Downright Stupidity&quot;.  From my own bodybuilding, the lucky number seems to be 10-12% bodyfat.  At that point, you start seeing much more definition, especially in the lower abdominal area :)</description>

		<description>I don&#039;t recommend any of it for newcomers to health and fitness training, not by a long shot. For starters, each one of the Hollywood guys had a personal trainer, physiotherapists, doctors, supplements provided free, everything probably catered for.

Anyone out there that sees this and goes off and tries do 50 x 135lbs lifts &lt;i&gt;of any kind&lt;/i&gt; is asking for serious injury.

It&#039;s advanced stuff...but you probably all knew that.</description>

		<description>Yeah that workout is just ridiculous.  I know people that have tried it (and done it) but not in its complete form.  And that is STILL really impressive.</description>
