The depreciating assets is also referred to as a waisting asset (might be getting thick in the waste). I prefer the term wasting in many cases.

And the guy driving to work….did he split lanes like a motorcycle does at about 1:26 into the video? That was somewhat crazy and is surely not Southern California traffic…except Sunday morning before 7:00am maybe.
