If you can dream it AND make others dream it, you can do it = this means such a lot to me. Its no good for me alone to have a vision of where the company is heading. I must enrol my team/staff into that vision too. 2. Celebrate accomplishments when the project is finished - otherwise there is no recognition of individual contribution. One employee on exiting told me he thought the company has a "blame culture". The 7 Skills of Change Masters is helping me change this into a "recognition culture".
