Folks, I came across this game and couldn’t stop playing it for hours. It’s way, way better than Tetris, though kind of along the same line.
Basically the goal is to use your mouse to point and shoot bubbles up into the group that is descending upon you. If you get three or more bubbles in consecutive alignment they pop. You can see what the next color bubble you’ll have to shoot is, so choose wisely where to aim if you have more than one possible target.
And don’t forget… I’ve got over 30 more games for your amusement!
Amusing Little Helicopter GameThanks to my neighbor Steve for sharing this awesome little Helicopter game! This is one of those fantastic little time...
That’s a pretty good game! And I must say that it is pretty addicting…it’s very much like frozen bubble or snood. Well those are similar games that I’ve played anyways.
I agree with you. I played this game o a site, where was a prize for the most scoore. I played it for 3-4 days, and 2-3 hours a day, but i wasn’t first. It’s really adictive, but its great.
I was about to reprimand you for playing such a game that was a waste of time and energy. But I played for a minute of two, and thought it could be just a little bit of fun. But I got important things to do today: Xmas shopping, visit xmas fairs around the neighborhood, catch up on household errands, study for my finals this week, get my clothes ready for work and school next week, dye my hair, take the dog out again, feed him, pet him, food shop, cook, wash the dishes, read, stumble on the internet and etc, etc.
Have Fun all!!!
If you click on the “more games” button it takes you to the above link where you can play against another player. If you finish first you get to move on to the next level.
The highest I have been is 21, it is pretty fun too if you have the time to play.
after my last post, I say and played this for about 20 mins while my wife was waiting for me to great ready because we were leaving to go to lunch..lol
Addictive indeed, I don’t have time to post comments on OMB anymore thanks to bubble popping.
There are a couple reasons why it’s addictive: it loads quickly, you can convince yourself your only gonna play for a minute (or 40), and it always seems easy even when the bubbles are right down to the bottom.
Thanks for the addiction. Is there a BubbleShooter Anonymous course out there i should look into? This game seriously is the only thing that gets me through study hall. You’re the man, John.
Kim – why’d you have to tell us that you cleared the screen? Dude! I tried not to let it affect me, especially given the outcome of said action…but, oh man! I set off with a vengeance to do the same! Hahaha! Haven’t quite made it yet, though.
Stay tuned everybody – for the enlightening new handbook, “How to Make Your Website Sticky” by our own in-house web genuis, John P.!!
Rhoody is arriving up here on the 27th, so we can sit down and do some serious beer therapy when he gets here…
Hmmmm while I am here I better clear the board a couple of times… I got a new strategy – Get the board down to 2 colors and keep them alive for as long as possible to avoid winning the game before you get enough points… A hard task, but fun :)
Ok folks, after the reports of people having cleared the board I decided to play until I accomplished this monumental task. After 3 hours of ignoring the family on Christmas Day I managed to do it! :-)
The grand total was 267,720 points! You can check out the little screen shot above to see what you can accomplish if you are willing to be completely anal about this game.

You know, I’m glad all of you found this as addicting as I did. For a while I worried that I had some sort of “bubble attention” brain disorder.
:-)
John
Bubble attention brain disorder! That’s it – that’s what we all have! ROFLMAO!!!
The director at my kids’ daycare loves these games – forwarded it over.. thanks for fueling her crack addicting ;)
I cleared the screen… and in stead of a huge bonus and a new screen it was GAME OVER…
- Oh it doubled my points, but only to 160K which is nowhere near the highscore on their site… bleh…
Kim:)

Sorry :-)
I just did it again, and this time I got a spot on the high score whoooooooot :-)
Kim:)
Tartar sauce!!
Am I the only one still wasting hours on this silly little game :-)
Kim:)
Not according to the Stats you aren’t! Over 400 people on this page alone today. :-)
John
Hey! I’m not here! I’m not! I resemble that remark!
;)
hmmm. I don’t get even close to clear the board… I guess Kim has more training with fighting bubbles (in San Miguel light beer)
cheers and merry christmas
Rhoody
Lol, I was playing like 4-5 hours yesterday… must do wonders for the average time spent on site stats hehehe… And not so hot wonders for my work…
So… I think I might have to set up http://www.bubble-shooter-anonymous.com to help my fellow commenters / bloggers / friends get over this habbit…

At least high scores are reset every day so nobody can prove I am addicted :-)

Hahahaha! I don’t feel so guilty for my Christmas time spent here today, now!
I do feel absolutely horrible, though – that now there is one more board-clearer! Wah!
I sent this link to a friend of mine last night, no reply or anything… until 5-6 hours later he just replied 175660
Maybe I should tell him my high score, but then again… he might not come out of his house for another week or so hehehehe
Kim:)
That’s so funny!! :D
wow, I just noticed server time… 00:18:34
HAPPY NEW YEAR ALL!!!!!!!!
New year is well over here in the Philippines, 2.10PM on the 1st of Jan here… I am just sitting here nursing my hangovers wondering how I got home :)
Kim:)
Happy New Year to you, too – and to everyone here!!! :D
