		<description>Wow, that was really cool!  Those yoga people make me so jealous - I love yoga, and I would love to be able to do stuff like that girl doing the reverse backbend thing.  That girl spinning on the ribbon looks like she&#039;s on top of, or in front of, a keyboard.  Or am I just computer-obsessed?  Ha!</description>

		<description>It&#039;s funny watching people move in general.  I remember I once read about Dean Kamen&#039;s Segway back when it was still called &quot;IT&quot; (waaaay back in the day).  One of the most interesting things about Kamen&#039;s research in movement is that walking by itself is actually just a &quot;controlled fall&quot;.  We are continually falling over, and re-supporting ourselves with our other foot.

Taking movement out of context like that and really examining the basics are kinda neat.. but that guy is insane =P</description>
