I also enjoyed watching Texans trying to drive when they got hit with a little ice, it made for good Weather Channel fodder. Although, I am finding much of the same here in Alabama! We recently had our 'big snow', which the kids just absolutely freaking loved! And then two days later, I noticed a lovely dandelion blooming in the yard - I thought that was so funny - I totally should have blogged it! Ha! (My brother says it's like that in Pueblo, too!) If it were true, I think that'd be pretty funny because it definitely would be different than my impression of it. I did think that there were very hot summers and very cold winters.
