Cung Le is one of the best fighters in MMA history. It does not need to be stated because his fight record speaks for itself. Many people might say, Well hey Cung has only fought 8 or so times one of which he lost to Scott Smith which should have been an easy opponent. The reality is Cung has fought hundreds of times before going to Strikeforce. Bottom line is fighting is TOUGH no matter who you fight; Just dodging punches in the ring is a workout in itself. Times that by how many successful fights Cung has had would equate to him being a GREAT Champion! The author of this comment is correct. Cung Le is one of the best fighters in MMA history.

His technique is sloppy, his arms/hands are never protecting him an although the throwing is kind of spectacular, it is not very efficient. He also takes a lot of hits to his front leg and does nothing to prevent it. A better adversary will hurt him with that. Put him in the ring with a top fighter, and I believe he will fail.. I always like getting to see fighters who were competing in different arenas meeting and fighting. Until the fights happen, it's all opinion about who is really better.
