I live in Northern Kentucky and slept right through it. Talked to my insurance guy and his company has now put a 30 day wait to add any new earthquake related items to policies.

There have been some.In my life.I never felt a single jolt.I always think that something is wrong with me.But it always turns out to be little small earthquake jolt.Thank God that you are safe.

Oh man, John – it was all over Twitter this morning! It was crazy. I have extended family in Elmwood and I was so eager to hear if they felt anything. When my brother got a hold of them, they said they didn’t feel anything – didn’t know anything about it. Then they called him back FIVE MINUTES LATER freaking out! The aftershock got ‘em! So John, did you miss the aftershock, too?

We still got earthquakes once in a while here, probably a couple of them a year – but no bog ones thank God…

oh man, I have some good friends in Chi-town, I’ll have to email them see if they noticed anything

on a side note John, I’m not able to login and post
I can login and even edit my profile, then when I click the “visit site” link in the dashboard and go to a post, I’m not logged in.. Even after hitting F5 a few times… :(

I was in the Philippines when Mt Pinatubo blew up in 1991. After that, earthquakes were quite common. We’d wake up with the room swaying around us, calmly say, “Did the earth move for you too, dear?” & go back to sleep.
