What about the TV stations and networks that carry the fraudulent advertisements? Surely they realize that the advertisements are fraudulent. That indicates that they have no business ethics.

The advertisements have been on the air for months now. What's wrong with the FTC, the branch of the federal government charged with dealing with false advertising? There was a time when the FTC would quickly have taken action.

Their business model is something like this: sell a more or less useless product that plays on the vanity and insecurity of Americans, continue to charge their credit cards to ship product not ordered, and laugh all the way to the bank. oops. If you stiff enough people, you might get in trouble. What a surprise - not.
