OMG, that was hysterical! Orchestrated or not!! I think I would’ve been SO SCARED if I had been there!

Now, John, you weren’t in Dallas at that time, right? So you never went to the Sportatorium right on the edge of downtown? When I was in junior high, we were OBSESSED with WWF (and that is putting it mildly, for real) and we would watch them at the Sportatorium. And once at Texas Stadium and once a few of them even had matches at Richardson High School!

I was just talking to someone else that I met through Problogger’s writing project last week about Andre the Giant.

I think it’s about time I got out my ‘wrestling binder’ with all my goodies in it!! Pictures, autographs, fliers, newspaper articles, the whole shebang! Now just where is that sucker? Hmm….

Ah… the classics. Back when wrestling was done in front of a 500 seated crowd at the local hall where the wrestlers were more than dots in the ring.

Had it been scripted, the writer would have been brilliant. It was a Foley nightly gimmick taken to the extreme by zealous fans… of which I probably would have been one had I been there.

Ha Ha. There were more folding chairs at ringside than an Italian wedding reception. Now why would there be so many of those chairs conveniently located at an arena with standard bolted down seating?
Kudos to the guy who scripted that one!
