Funny thing is that on one of my accounts the first got filtered and the second made it. I was like "what are they talking about?" My brother works at the local Best Buy and has said some people have come in and asked about the new "Black" status. He keeps telling them that he has no idea, and that a full time sales rep doesn't know the inner secret workings at the Corporate level. One guy even got mad saying that my brother must be lying and stormed off. Funny how little things like this can "upset" people. :) I’ve gotten the same emails.
