I did see one called "First Asian Boy", which was a parody of Kanye West's "American Boy", but other than that and a few minor attempts from others, Weird Al appears to have the market share locked up at this time. I have always been partial to his early 90's hit "Amish Paradise", a remake of Coolio's "Gangsta's Paradise" and would recommend that you check it out if you're bored.
