I just saw this a few days ago. This video is amazing. I think a new sport was born. At first I wondered if the video was real, but according to Wikipedia (which could be false), wingsuits are real. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wingsuit_flying. These remind me of flying squirls---a controlled downward glide in various directions.

That is enough to strike sheer terror into the hearts of most individuals! I suppose it is safer than base jumping where you got to get the parachute open in time. It reminds me of the system flying squirrels utilise.

I think that most of us can appreciate what they are doing, and can see that we might be in the same position as them if we had headed down that direction through the years. Risk-taking of this kind is something that builds up through experiences, so they really are bored when they don't go close to the edges of the mountains while dropping, because their minds need increased risk to maintain the amount that satisfies them. If we were in that situation, we would be wanting to one-up the other fliers, using more action-packed moves than them.
