Hey Scott,

You've probably already figured this out by now, but we did have a minor bug fix release (1.3.1) almost immediately after we pushed this final release out. I think it had 2 lines of code changed. :-)

The releases should auto-update once you have the final 1.3 installed, but as I warned previously those of us who had the 1.3 RC6 had to manually update it.

Cheers! (And hope all is well with at work. ;-) )

er, maybe it's me!

.. but when I upgrade using Linux, and at the end of the install it offers to open Woopra, up it pops, only to say .. "Upgrade Required"

Have tried upgrading from 1.3 to both 1.3.1 and the RC6, wiht the same deal.

I used the regular procedure (as far as I know) ..

cd Desktop
chmod +x woopra..etc
sh woopra..etc

.. maybe I should post this in the forum .. er, yes, will do!

I love the new Woopra. I played around with it this morning. I went out for a few hours and then tried to access Woopra again. It keeps saying I need to upgrade, but I have 1.3 RC6 (for Mac). Is anyone else experiencing this?

Wendy,

These are great comments and feedback, so don't feel bad! We love to hear ideas on how to improve things. No matter how good it is, it can always be better! :-)

Elie will take a look at the colors for the next release and see if we can't make it stand out a bit more.

I love the new user interface on this release. However, I had no success in testing the chat. I'm totally excited to see this feature work! I got a "chat request has been sent" and a "received your chat request" but then nothing else. I tried someone in Russia and someone in the U.S.. but the same thing happened on both.

On the Dashboard in the Overview wasn't the visitors, visits and pageviews three different colors? I think there was a green in there somewhere. In my opinion, it would be easier to tell my stats apart if each item was its own color.

I hate to be critical because this is such an awesome piece of technology. :-)

Blessings,
Wendy

while we're at it, it sure would be nice, now that 1.3 is 'final' and the stuck visitors problem is still a big issue - would you please comment on the issue and what is being done to resolve it and will there be a resolution any time soon? (again, I'm not trying to complain, but this has been my biggest concern and it will drive away customers who are impacted and it has been almost 3 months since it was first reported).

The outgoing chat comment box that I type in is hard to in that dark navy color. It's not intuitive. Can you lighten the color so that I can see it's there? Also can I retag the visitor with a name while I'm chatting with him?
