Wow. Here is a very interesting letter about Vice Presidential candidate Sarah Palin (yeah, you know, the hot one!) from a person who’s known her for a long time. I literally spent about 10 hours researching this and added some emphasis, hyperlinks and photos within the letter. The emphasis is for things which kind of jumped out at me, the hyperlinks are obviously so that facts can be verified, and I just like photos.
After going through this letter with a fine tooth comb, I’m personally astonished by two things:
I can’t wait to hear everyone’s opinions about this letter. Though I’d bet money that it’s not going to change anyone’s minds. I’m willing to bet that the Republicans will support her simply because she’s on the Republican ticket (plus the fact that she’s like the mean cheerleader from high-school who you either love or fear), and that the Democrats will hate her for exactly the same reasons. So, if this letter actually does change anyone’s opinions please drop a comment below and let me know.
By the way, before you read all of this, you must listen to this NPR audio interview with Anne Kilkenny. This is not a lady who was looking for attention. She doesn’t even know what a blog is! (PS – she’s still on a dial-up connection in Alaska!)

Who is Sarah Palin? Well, in addition to being the presumptive Vice Presidential candidate for John McCain’s Presidential run in 2008, and the Governor of Alaska, she’s a hottie.
Palin attended Wasilla High School in Wasilla, Alaska, where she was the head of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes chapter at the school and the point guard and captain of the school’s basketball team. She helped the team win the Alaska small-school basketball championship in 1982, hitting a critical free throw in the last seconds of the game, despite having an ankle stress fracture at the time. She earned the nickname “Sarah Barracuda” because of her intense play and was the leader of team prayer before games.
