In the past I’ve blogged about sites which allow you to get an idea of what your home is worth, and a site called Redfin.com which is awesome… but only for people in San Francisco. Well, now we’ve got a site that covers the entire US which integrates the full MLS with Google Maps.

The Real Estate world has been changing dramatically since average people began to gain access to MLS listings on line. Sites such as Realtor.com will allow you to search for a new home from the comfort of your own, and without the pressure felt when working with an agent. While sites like Zillow.com and Reply.com help you determine the actual value of any piece of property. But Redfin.com is about to seriously bring power to the people.

Ever heard the phrase “Google me”? Well, Zillow.com is going to do the same for your house.
If you want to find information about a person, you can simply type their name in Google and see what you come up with. Now for a name like mine (John Pozadzides) that’s pretty simple. But if you’re John Smith, good luck finding the right person.
Zillow.com however, is going to make finding information about your home as simple as possible. Just plug in a street address, and the site attempts to predict the value of the home “…and you don’t have to enter any personal information, and no one will contact you.”
