Ahhh, day 3 of our 3-day photo contest! I’ll tell you what, you guys have kept me busy! First with the landscapes, then the vehicles, and now we’ve moved on to Architecture Day!
As with before, as you scroll down you’ll find many of the photos submitted by users that I really enjoyed today. And at the end we’ve got the final winner of Trey’s new book A World in HDR. For those of you who are in the Austin, TX area don’t forget that next Wednesday, December 9th, there is going to be a book launch party at the Driskill hotel in downtown. So, Picasa, how do I love thee? Let me count the ways: Read the rest of this entry »

Happy Birthday Bruce! This post is especially for you!
This link will take you to the US Air Force’s online photo gallery. They have some of the coolest airplane photos I’ve ever seen, and I’d say they must have pictures of every military aircraft ever flown.
For those of you that stumble upon this page that happen to be pilots like Bruce, be sure to check out his web page at NNumbers.com to buy all your aircraft registration lettering!

Unfortunately I won’t be able to post this review until after the holidays as we purchased a couple of these digital photo frames to give as gifts.
However, for those of you contemplating one of these, read on to find out if it’s right for your situation.
