Scala Rocks Palladio on Brittan’s Got Talent

ScalaLet’s get this out of the way. The British can’t cook! Seriously, I’ve never had a great meal in the UK, but that doesn’t really matter because I still love you wacky Brits!

Don’t get me wrong, just because they can’t cook doesn’t mean they don’t have talent! And the TV show, Brittan’s Got Talent proves my point. First we had the amazing Paul Potts, then there was the 6 year old Connie, and now for your viewing pleasure, Scala performs Palladio by Karl Jenkins.

Damon Scott and Bubbles the Monkey – Britains Got Talent

Damon Scott and Bubbles the MonkeyIn keeping with sharing the best of the entertainment provided over at Britians Got Talent I’ve got a new one to share for those of you that haven’t seen it yet. (Thanks to my father-in-law!)

Damon Scott has a unique variety act that uses a puppet, but in a way that no one has ever quite seen before. This act got a standing ovation and some classic reactions from Simon Cowell and the other judges.

Britain’s Got Talent – Connie, Somewhere Over The Rainbow

Connie Britian's Got TalentYou know, I’m starting to think our neighbors across the pond actually DO have some talent. I previously posted about a guy named Paul who gave a fantastic performance, but now you’ve got to check out this 6 year old named Connie!

When she does “Somewhere Over The Rainbow” she literally brings one of the judges to tears, and even Simon loved her.

Incredible Performance on Britains Got Talent – Paul Potts

Paul PottsOk, this is a really cool story. A guy named Paul Potts who has a job working at a cellular store in the UK decides to get on stage in front of Simon Cowell and the other judges. Before the show he does a little interview and admits to having a confidence problem.

When he gets on stage one of the judges asks him what he’s here for today and he tells them he’s going to sing Opera. All three judges kind of give one another a look that I read as, “Oh brother….”

The next thing you know, old Paul is belting out a song like he belongs on stage, the audience is going nuts, the female judge (Amanda Holden) looks like she is ready to cry, and well… just watch the video.
