The Turbo Encabulator Will Revolutionize the World

Yesterday I purchased a new encabulator to connect to my discombobulator. Lately I’ve noticed a great deal of variability in the flux capacitance emanating from the euronaciance detector. On a hunch I decided to make a .0425 positive adjustment to the dialectic crystal chamber, but the resultant neutronic fluidic reservatrol showed no sign of weakening.

I was forced to call my local Radio Shack and consult with Bob about how to solve this tricky little problem. His theory was that a retrocabulator would displace the electromagnetic resonance and create a harmonic microgranetic distortion field to clear up the capacitary discharge.

Well, here’s Bob to explain exactly how it works for those of you who are not really as technically literate

canon-eos-5d-mark-iiThanks to Cali Lewis for finding this, and then Troy Hocking for pointing it out to me, we’ve got one of the most amazing videos ever made. The reason? Simple. It was shot with a camera, not a camcorder!

That’s right, this video was shot entirely with the new Canon EOS 5D Mark II camera (review), which incorporates full motion 1080P video capability. I am absolutely speechless, and about ready to sell my Canon XH-A1 for one of these puppies.

Only problem is that I don’t believe there is any sound recording, so you’d need to handle that separately and then splice sound and video together in post production. Also, the camera is only capable of clips up to 12 minutes in length. Still, based on the incredible imagery it just may be worth it.

ooVoo MacBook Pro Install Issue

ooVooFor those of you who haven’t tried ooVoo yet, I highly recommend you do so! ooVoo is a video conferencing application like Skype, only much, much better! If you have friends, relatives or colleagues across the country or world you wish to talk to, you simply can’t do better than ooVoo.

I’ve run it on all of my Windows machines with no issue, and it works great. But today I had difficulty trying to install it on my MacBook Pro. However, thanks to Elliott Lee, I managed to solve the problem. So, I figured I’d pass along the solution as well.

This is a video of a Football game from 1994 that just happens to be my own high school alma mater, Plano East Senior High. And this also has to qualify as the most amazing football game of all time. Bar none.

Choco Party, Good GOOD!

Hot Japanese WomanHe, he, he. Hmmm. I like chocolate. I like partys. I guess I just never realized how much I like it when you put them both together!

You know, over in Japan they don’t even try to hide the sexual overtones in their advertising. They just put it out there for everyone to gawk at! That’s right, it’s hanging there, bouncing around, for the whole world to see!

Panama Canal Time Lapse Video

Panama CanalOk. People are going to think I’m obsessed with the Panama Canal pretty soon since I already featured this other video of crossing the canal.

The difference is, the previous video followed just one boat’s journey through the canal, and this video is fixed and shows tons and tons of boats actually going through the canal.

I find it mesmerizing.

LCD TVThe Man received the following question from Steven:

I just purchased a 37″ Sharp Aquos. Is there somewhere on the Internet that I can find the best settings for picture/voice quality — or do I just have to go through it all via trial and error?

Well, Steve. First of all congrats on your new Aquos. I absolutely love my 42″ version and I think you’re going to love yours. Now, to answer your question, there is some personal preference involved with tweaking your audio and video settings, but there are a number of tools to help you with the project.
