John P’s First Ever Trip to White Castle!

White CastleToday while driving from Minneapolis to St. Paul, Minnesota I spotted a White Castle and immediately detoured so that I could relish in the experience made famous by Harold and Kumar as well as the Beastie Boys.

I went inside and immediately spotted the folks at the grill working on those tiny little square burgers that make White Castle famous, and then began to peruse the menu for a half dozen or so cheeseburgers – all the while imagining the delicous taste that was heading my way.

For All You McDonald’s Critics

McSaladThose of you that know The Man know that I don’t eat green things. Instead, I eat things that eat green things. That being said, if I were going to directly consume salad I guess I’d have to go with the McDonald’s Grilled Chicken Asian Salad.

Although I previously posted about the loose definition of “grilled chicken” at McDonalds, the salad there seems to be relatively healthy. At least compared to Wendy’s Mandarin Chicken Salad.

Break out the Weber and Impinge the Chickens!

Wendy's Chicken SandwichI’m a big fan of the Wendy’s Spicy Chicken sandwich. I also enjoys me some McDonald’s chicken nuggets. But seriously, only multi-national fast food chains can take something as healthy as fresh chicken breast and make it as bad for you as a greasy pepperoni pizza.
