Today while driving from Minneapolis to St. Paul, Minnesota I spotted a White Castle and immediately detoured so that I could relish in the experience made famous by Harold and Kumar as well as the Beastie Boys.

I went inside and immediately spotted the folks at the grill working on those tiny little square burgers that make White Castle famous, and then began to peruse the menu for a half dozen or so cheeseburgers - all the while imagining the delicous taste that was heading my way.

Those of you that know The Man know that I don’t eat green things. Instead, I eat things that eat green things. That being said, if I were going to directly consume salad I guess I’d have to go with the McDonald’s Grilled Chicken Asian Salad.

Although I previously posted about the loose definition of “grilled chicken” at McDonalds, the salad there seems to be relatively healthy. At least compared to Wendy’s Mandarin Chicken Salad.

I’m a big fan of the Wendy’s Spicy Chicken sandwich. I also enjoys me some McDonald’s chicken nuggets. But seriously, only multi-national fast food chains can take something as healthy as fresh chicken breast and make it as bad for you as a greasy pepperoni pizza.
