Welcome to all my brethren that are attending the WordCamp conference in San Francisco. Yes, I’m the guy that’s doing all of the filming today and tomorrow. A few folks have already asked me when the videos will be available so I figured I’d start this thread to keep everyone updated.
There is a considerable amount of editing and converting which has to be done to share the 15 or so speakers, so please be patient with me. I’ll begin the work when I get back home to Dallas on Tuesday, and I’m hoping to begin posting videos by the end of the week.
I’ll obviously post them in a manner that is shareable, though I’m concerned about the quality of the video since sites such as YouTube generally butcher the resolution. I normally use Revver.com for posting video that is a little more critical, but if anyone knows of a site that does a good job with higher resolution videos please let me know who. Ideally I’d post these at 640×480 or higher resolution so the presentations will be legible.
So, if you want to get notification when I start posting the videos please just drop a comment below and I’ll update everyone on the list as I begin.
I would love to get updates as well. I’m especially looking forward to the Matt Cutts video!
John,
I would love to have updates! Also, can I post these on my blog? That would be awesome!
Have a great day,
Daniel
