For my long time readers I think we’re going to find out if the YouTube curse is real or not with this post. Here are two videos that summarize the “Best of Office Space”. They have been up on YouTube since November 12, 2007, so if they disappear soon after I post them, we know YouTube is monitoring my posts! Hopefully it won’t happen though…
Warning. These clips have bad language in them, and adult situations.
This is a great movie, fun. I cannot understand why YouYube would remove it.
Yeowtch!!! That’s painful to watch! LMAO!
*mumble, mumble* “I could set the building on fire…”
Too funny!! :D
I think what happens is that you give videos more exposure and therefore increase the chances of them being removed or flagged for one reason or another. I doubt Youtube is spying on your blog :) Great film by the way. I think the best bit is when he stops caring about his job and casually walks in half way through the day.
Never expected these videos in this post.Such amusing videos. And by the way i cant understand why Youtube is doing this.Maybe thedane is right.
Living in another world (time-difference roughly 10 hours and 40 years) I was not really aware that movie… thanks for sharing. I guess I will have a look at the local market and spend 80 Peso

I wonder why Youtube is taking videos off when they are featured here, it creates more traffic for them – isnt that what all webmasters / sites want?
Just wondering…
Kim:)
I’m with you on Idiocracy Hrafn! That movie is great! :-)
Someone needs to make a “best of” from that one too…
John
Man, I love that movie. And I think I’ve overbused the stapler joke at work.
I also liked the (highly underestimated) Idiocracy by Mike Judge (same director/writer as Office Space). Recommended watch.
This movie is one of my Favorites. My favorite scene is the one where Peter comes in with the drill and modifies his cubicle so he can see out the window.
Oh, I was thinking you were talking about the TV series, which is hilarious as well :)
I love that movie. It got even better for me after I started working. And I, among others, probably like it since I’m a software developer. What a classic!
