Now here is something unique. A little game that allows you to hunt down insurgents in the streets of Iraq. The only catch is, you can’t win!
You see, it starts out with a few terrorists running around amidst the civilians in the streets of Iraq. You’ve got your finger on the trigger and you can hunt them down. If you manage to shoot one of them, fantastic! But if you hit any civilians in the process you’ll watch as their friends mourn them and then become terrorists themselves.
The problem is, the little buggers keep moving around making it difficult not to have any “collateral damage”. So, you just start wiping the city off the face of the map and pretty soon just about everyone is an insurgent!
There is obviously a political message at work here, but the game is worth a play.
John Morris, it never happened like that in there, and the things were always good over there, untill the US troops started killing everything that moved in there and called it wiping the terrorists out then stole their oil then claimed they stopped the problems and that thinks were better after they killed everything that moved over there.
I can’t believe what comments i’ve seen in here, you’re acting like if every iraqi had a weapon, that’s a waste of brain over there.
It’s message clearly is “Omg we the us troops wiped every damn city we found cuz everyone was a terrorist, wait, they weren’t, we’re just too stupid to see that they’re not, and too stupid to realize that this is worse than any 9/11 that ever happened lolololololololololol-lol”
I think y’all forgot something… They shot first 9/11/2001!!!!
That’s awesome! It’s like being right back over there. Exactly how it happens… and, that’s why things never get better over there. Very creative way to get a political message across.
very interesting game, yet it’s so true… you kill someones child, sibling, relative, and you expect them not to attack back? well, they will attack with whatever they got, even if it’s a knife against a tank…
Doah! I’ve now added the link… Sorry about that everyone! My mind must be slipping. :-)
i’m confused. are you just making a metaphorical point or is there a game? could we get a link?
thanks
