Cracked LCD Desktop Wallpaper

John P.

April 22, 2008 By John P.

I downloaded this completely cool desktop wallpaper that makes your LCD look like it has been broken, and a bunch of people at work keep asking me what happened to my monitor. Awesome!

Broken LCD Wallpaper

Now you can get it too…

Download the Broken LCD Desktop Background

By the way, if you view the full sized version in your Web browser, most of them have a right click option that lets you set the image as the wallpaper… hint hint. So you could, for example, go to your friend’s computer, pull up One Man’s Blog, and install this bad boy when they aren’t looking!

See, what you need to do is this: set that as the background, take a screenshot of the entire desktop, hide all the icons and the toolbar, and then set that screenshot as the background.

This is an awful April fools day trick that, from what I’ve heard, makes some people go as far as replacing the screen before they find out it’s a trick.

    Enjoy!

    “Awesome… Amazing”…

Like whats the average age in here… 10 years old ?

If my hand appeared through your monitor and slapped you all in the face now that would be awesome and amazing!

Its just a boring silly picture that looks nothing like a cracked LCD screen – get a grip on yourselves folks – surely no-one will be fooled by this.

Not true, I have fooled a couple teachers by putting this as their background and I hid everything on there desktop and locked the laptop. Scared the crap out of them. So unless you have tried it, shut.
