Sara Palin in Tight Leather SkirtWho is Sarah Palin? Well, in addition to being the presumptive Vice Presidential candidate for John McCain’s Presidential run in 2008, and the Governor of Alaska, she’s a hottie.

Palin attended Wasilla High School in Wasilla, Alaska, where she was the head of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes chapter at the school and the point guard and captain of the school’s basketball team. She helped the team win the Alaska small-school basketball championship in 1982, hitting a critical free throw in the last seconds of the game, despite having an ankle stress fracture at the time. She earned the nickname “Sarah Barracuda” because of her intense play and was the leader of team prayer before games.

In 1984, Palin won the Miss Wasilla beauty contest, then finished second in the Miss Alaska pageant, at which she won a college scholarship. In the Wasilla pageant, she played the flute and won “Miss Congeniality.”

Palin holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Idaho, where she also minored in political science. She married Todd Palin, her boyfriend since high school, on August 29, 1988. She then briefly worked as a sports reporter for local Anchorage television stations while also working as a commercial fisherwoman with her husband.

  2. As an Independent, I had seriously considering voting for McCain. But after listening to his running mate speak, and doing a bit of research on her, I found out what a hypocrit she is — all the while claiming she’s one of us”. NO, SHE has a pregnant teenage daughter. My family and friends don’t. She was pregnant when she got married. Neither were I or my friends. Yet she claims to be a Conservative Christian! I don’t think so!!

    Plus, she doesn’t listen to sound advice. It’s medically sound advice NOT get pregnant when your 40 because the liklihood of having a developmentally disabled baby has increased greatly. Did she listen? NO. And what happened? Yep, they were right. I applaud her for not having an abortion, BUT if she’d listened to sound advice in the first place, she wouldn’t have had to experience those few minutes she considered having an abortion. She purposely put her own pleasure before being a responsible adult and making the choice NOT to take the chance of bringing a developmentally disabled person into the world. If she can’t make good choices for herself, I wasn’t about to trust her with making choices for me!!

    She has since proved to me I made the right decision. She QUIT her job as Governor, only to write a book, going on book tours, and raking in obscene amount of fees for speaking. She is a media whore. I think the rest of the public is tired of her, too, especially after the shooting of Gabby Gifford, and the assinine comments she made to defend her bullseye drawings and devisive rhetoric, etc. I’ve always said, if you give someone like her enough rope, they will eventually hang themselves! Her big mouth got her into office, into the public eye, and now, hopefully, out of the public eye. The only positive thing I can say about her is that she’s beautiful. It’s too bad she’s not a beauty with brains, though. And, yes, there are plenty of those out there.

  9. Dear Gov. Palin: I saw this last election as a litmus test between those who would be taken in by Obama’s cult of personality and those who could see a conservative woman in high office. There simply is not enough room here to go into all of the hypocrisy, double standards, distortions, sins of omission-etc. that were employed against you. I truly believe that we are now living in an Orwellian society and I thank you for speaking truth to power to an elitist condescending media who were (and still are) so far in the tank for Obama that they have grown fins, gills and scales. You truly are a remarkable woman not just because of your physical beauty but because of your spiritual beauty as well. Your husband and family are blessed to have you in their lives. If you ever decide to run for president- and if you’d like some help “cleaning fish”- I would be proud to help out.

  14. She might be cute but she is foolish. I don’t think she realizes how she’s being used by McCain. He’s a womanizer and of course he needed the fuel of Sara Palin to keep his campaign running. God knows he couldn’t do it by himself with his old ugly ass. And as far as his policy he has none except for MORE WAR. Does anyone see the way his eyes light up when war is mentioned. People better wake up. Our third graders could be fighting this same war if we let McCain and his kind have thier way.

  16. Watching the election process and the responds of the American people. This is so scary. It seems that basically 50% of the population is idiots. If they can’t see what is coming when Obama win the election, Idiots. This is America not a small country like Kenya or Zimbabwe. Tax the small business will stop growth and kill jobs.     I’m not sure if you were making this comment to ME, or to some of the other previous commenters who actually made snide remarks. But I think you were addressing me. That being the case…

    All of the women in my life love me. And my mother reads this blog every single morning. I’m not ashamed to have posted these amusing photos, because you sir are 100% incorrect about my views regarding equality of the sexes.

    I am a very outspoken advocate of woman’s rights, and had you done more than left a “drive by” insult, you would have seen many, many articles I’ve written here sticking up for them.

    And as a women’s advocate, I will take the liberty of treating them exactly equal to men! You may rest assured that if Obama, McCain or Biden were sexy enough that people were dying to see photos of them, I’d have blogged about that too!

    So, I’m not the one displaying sexist tendencies here. I promise you that I would tell Sarah Palin that she is quite hot to her face. And I could still respect her as a human being at the same time. Perhaps some other men can’t do that, but please don’t project it onto me.

  57. First of all, the comment was that she has more executive experience than Biden and Obama – not all three. Then, you must actually think about what executive experience means. It means that decisions made are “executed.” While congressional experience is good, it is almost always based on thorough review, consideration. That decision is then tempered by the votes of other members. Following that, there is the other body of Congress which considers it and decides (collectively) whether or not to proceed.

    That is much different than making decisions, sometimes on the fly, with no one to take responsibility except yourself. Think about that.

  66. A Warning for Barack Obama. You are going to have to watch your emotional sense of Sarah Palin. People like her, conservatives, are just following rules in their consideration for others. They are rules as in a competition or sporting event, rules that must be obeyed and that derive from fear of judgment from authority, not from any real empathy for the pain and suffering of others. For all conservatives have had their natural emotions wiped from their psyches and replaced by fear of punishment for disobeying rules, fear and guilt inculcated as “conscience” by fear of punishment at a young age. Rather than caring about people as I know you do, Barack, out of genuine empathy, they care about how they are seen and judged in the way that they treat people. Much will be made about McCain and Palin’s attitudes toward people during Hurricane Gustav. There are limits as to how much you can thwart the perception of the electorate towards her and McCain’s sympathy for victims of the storm, for visible statements of concern and supporting deeds speak for themselves are hard to contradict in people’s minds whatever their motive. Reality is the unrehearsed response by conservatives to what happened during Hurricane Katrina. Counterbalance their kind act political theatre during this storm when all eyes are upon them as best you can within the limits of political reality. But you must not, yourself, not even for a moment, become emotionally connected toward Palin as a fellow caring individual in any way, for that misplaced identification of her with yourself would be emotionally fatal to the proper attitude you must have towards her no more than a player on the Bush, Rove, Limbaugh conservative gang that seeks four more years of power, four more years that will destroy us all. She is no more than the sheep’s clothing of the wolf, never more in your mind than an enemy of the people that must be defeated in her efforts to get McCain into the White House.

  67. Why do you care that a fairly tame photo of her in a mini-skirt got posted. its not like she’s getting it from behind from a lesbian with a strap on – hey hold on? That would be fine as well – why should any matter of sex or sexuality be deemed as bad in any way – photoshopped or not – if that was a campaign poster she’d get my vote. And as far as it being a fake – MAYBE she has a svelt swan like neck – this was once considered an attractive detail.
