The Professional Russian Demonstrates the Power of Various Handguns

Person demonstrating the power of a handgun outdoors with a long barrel. We’ve been looking at a lot of cute videos recently, but this one is NOT cute. It’s manly. In a very Russian sort of way.

Everyone’s friend, the Professional Russian, demonstrates the power of several handguns ranging from a 9mm to a 357 Magnum by shooting one gallon jugs of water. Its easy to get a clear feel for the amount of power these weapons possess from this sort of demonstration, and frankly it’s just fascinating to watch thing basically blowing up.

As always, guns are dangerous. I do not recommend you try anything like this at home. Or anywhere for that matter.

    Does the gravity of what you have written mean anything to you at all? Of the handguns carried by some Americans for “self-protection,” almost none of them are ever used for “self-protection.” I bet many of those people would not be able to deal with taking another person’s life. It’s a false sense of security.

  5. Of course you need hearing protection when shooting outside. The great outdoors doesn’t protect your hearing from the sound of a bang stick going off at the end or your arm.
    I test fired a .380 Bersa in the great outdoors. I failed to plug in my hearing protection. My left ear rang for two full days.
    Always wear hearing protection when shooting a firearm unless you are in a self-protection situation. Your hearing comes in second to saving your life or the life of another person.

  6. That guy’s not Russian…and that is the worst Russian accent I’ve ever heard. How do I know this? I AM Russian. And this guy is making us look like idiots.
