I tried the soup. It was very good. The lemon adds a little different spin to the creamy type of chicken soup. I make a chicken corn soup with rice that is very similar to this receipe. The only difference is the addition of the lemon, and I use diced hard boiled eggs in my soup. The hard boiled yokes seem to liquify and are a nice addition to the soup.
